- Rental time :
For a full day : 9am to 7pm
For half day : 9am to 2pm or 2pm to 7pm
- The customer undertakes to return the space and equipment entrusted to him in the state he received them, its use being presumed conform to the use to which it is intended.
- Technical problems or degradations must be reported to the studio manager.
- The customer is responsible for any degradations, and even, of destruction (total or partial) of space and equipment at its disposal.
- Background paper and other consumables will be charged extra.
- The customer has the obligation to contract an insurance against the risk that it might incur responsibility towards society Studio DELOS or staff.
- The rental takes effect at the time the customer or his representative takes possession of the rented property in the premises of the studio. The guard will be transferred to the customer when receiving equipment which will assume full responsibility, declaring using it in normal conditions.
- The customer hereby recognizes having had the opportunity to personally verify the rented equipment, it conforms to its needs and in good condition, clean, properly maintained, in good standing with all regulatory requirements
- The Customer undertakes to ensure the rented against any harmful consequences that may occur during use. The obligation to take out insurance by customer gives no renunciation by Studio DELOS Company to incur any legal proceedings against customer
- A loan or sublease of rented equipment is strictly prohibited, unless prior written approval by Studio DELOS.
- Hereby, the customer agrees to return the equipment that is entrusted to him in the state in which he has received it, this state is presumed to be conform to the use for which it is intended.
- The customer agrees to notify Studio DELOS any technical incident to equipment. In case of damage or destruction of the rented equipment repair or replacement costs will be entirely to the customer. The operations necessary for the repair or replacement will be conducted by the company Studio DELOS exclusively, the customer supporting all of the financial burden.
- En cas de vol, le client devra, sous sa responsabilité, faire dans les plus brefs délais, une déclaration au commissariat de police le plus proche ainsi qu’auprès de sa compagnie d’assurance.
